Monday: S17 March in Solidarity with Columbian Workers

September 15, 2012
By tboypdx

General Motors in Detroit refuses to sit down and talk with injured workers, and its subsidiary failed to resolve the situation. Left without other options, workers who have been enduring an economically desperate situation since being fired for injuries developed at the plant, restitched their lips and restarted the hunger strike on Monday, September 3rd.

On Monday, September 17th, come celebrate the one year anniversary of the Occupy Movement by standing up to bailed out corporations in solidarity with workers who have been occupying more than 400 days. Come out and take a stand for workers rights everywhere!!

We will meet at Burnside and MLK at 3:45 then march to St. Francis. Hope to see you all there!!
